Come Boldly
Hebrews 4:14-16 NLT
So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Many times we get so caught up with theologies and ideologies that we forget it’s all about a personal in-depth relationship with Jesus.
God says we have a high priest, Jesus, who has entered heaven. He is not limited to the world that we live in and the vision that we see. He is not limited to earthly surroundings. He has seen beyond this life.
Jesus experienced every single temptation and weakness we struggle with. He went through it all so that He can perfectly understand the pain, the rejection, and the emotions that overwhelm us.
When we go to God, He offers us grace and mercy. Mercy is for what we did yesterday, grace is for what we have to do for God tomorrow. Mercy helps us overcome our past, grace helps us live a victorious life in the days ahead.
Jesus offers both mercy and grace because He understands our struggle and how fragile and mortal we are. The more we understand this and see Him as our high priest whom we can run to, the nearer we will draw to Him.
The Bible says to hold firmly to this belief. Even if you have wrecked your walk with God because of a lifestyle of sin, know that if you open your mouth and call out to God, He will rescue you from your sin.
As long as you are willing to have a relationship with Jesus, there is nothing that cannot be repaired. That is the power of the grace of God.
Come to Jesus, draw into His presence boldly, knowing that He is with you, and He will give you grace and mercy.
