Series: Marks of a True Disciple
This week we would be studying on Discipleship:
If we want to be disciple of Jesus the first thing that we have to do is to follow Jesus, when anybody sees you that is how they will recognize that you are a disciple of Jesus.
Example of Sheep and Goat- Sheep follows his master where ever his master takes them unlike goats that are very independent and self-sufficient, the sheep need their master and follows their master day in day out, can we come to a place of complete dependence on Jesus and complete surrender like a sheep that is dependent on the shepherd.
What is the thing that qualifies us to be his sheep is that fact that we have to hear him regularly; so many times we are focused on hearing the voices around the world which don’t really make any big difference to our life however we not really intentional in hearing Jesus’ voice.
Can we begin to listen to his voice starting today just silence out every other voice and begin to observe his heart, when we do that we begin to follow his footsteps that is the primary mark of Jesus’s true disciple.
We pray that you will follow Jesus and will be his disciple for the rest of the life. Hope today’s podcast has blessed you. Do leave a comment to let us know and also share it with your friends.
