Everyday God has got a new thing in store not only for us but for the people that surround us because of the access that we have to Him and we ought to be able to carry out His purposes in the lives of the people that surround us.

The Bible says in Luke 11:23 the one who is not with Me is against Me and the one who does not gather with Me, he scatters.

Jesus was looking at a group of people that wanted to be His followers and yet at the same time they did not want to do anything to actively or proactively represent Him.
So if you are not working in union with the Lord today, the Bible says that you are in fact working against God. There is absolutely no neutral ground when it comes to evangelism, spiritual warfare, and kingdom business. You are either working for the Lord or you are working against the Lord. We may not necessarily see our passive laid-back attitude as something that we are doing against God but that is what Jesus derived it to be.

The one who does not gather with Him, he in fact scatters. If you are not constantly harvesting the people that God wants to reach or whatever the Lord wants you to bring together for His kingdom and His glory, you are in fact scattering. Now, this is why we need to be very careful about how we live our lives and how we respond to the opportunities that God gives us.

This is a year of gathering, and Jesus is constantly gathering blessings for God’s people. He is constantly gathering everything that the enemy has been scattering. He is constantly gathering a group of people that are intentional at keeping themselves pure and holy for the second coming of Jesus. He is gathering a group of people that are intentional at praying and waiting on Him for a revival move. He is gathering a movement of churches, groups of prophetic voices that enforce the Kingdom upon on this earth and He is gathering those kinds of people.

Are you going to be part of this gathering or are you going to just sit back and enjoy and relax and watch as the story unfold?

I pray that my story and your story will be the one of working hand-in-hand with Jesus, working constantly to gather everything that He is gathering because we do not want to be the ones that are against Him or we do not want to be the ones that are scattering things, people, churches or ministries but we want to be doing what Jesus is doing in this season.
