When God arises in us, his enemy has to scatter away. Every confusion and chaos needs to leave our homes. In Psalms 102:13, the Psalmist is making a prayer and at the same time, he’s making a declaration and a statement of his faith. He knows how God functions and his redeeming nature, and he knows that this redemption has a set time. And that’s why he’s praying and he’s declaring, that I am calling upon your name and building this offering, this altar, this sacrifice, my desire is that you will arise and you will become bigger and bigger in my life.
What will happen when God begins to arise upon us? When he arises, there shall be no more enemies that can stand tall over or against us. That is going to be the most magnificent season of our lives. There is always a season attached to certain mercy to be released. That is why the scripture says his mercy, it is new every morning. Because every morning, when there is a new day that dawns upon the earth, it is actually an invitation for a new portion of his mercy to now invade our lives for everything that God gives us. There is a set time and season and the Lord is saying that it is time for me to have mercy upon you. It is time for my favor to be manifested over your life.
This day, the Lord is saying your time of favor, the time for me to arise over your life, the time for me to show mercy over your situations, the time for me to address you as my Zion, the time for me to establish everything that I have spoken about you. It’s time for me to now, bring back to order, bring back to alignment, everything that is broken and hurting. The Lord is saying today, you will have a renewal in your heart. Your brokenness is going to be fixed this day. Your challenges are going to be solved. You will have a revelation of some missing ingredients and key elements and that revelation is the proof that the presence of the Lord is rising upon your life. There will be no more darkness, no more chaos, no more ambiguity, clarity is here.
