We are just done with our annual church conference that we called Revival Dreamers. It was a blessed three days along with other people that desire revival in their personal lives and in our nation. We had extended times of worship, deep teaching of the word and prophetic declarations being spoken over the churches and places represented at the meetings. (Check out pics of the conference here on Facebook and Instagram)

We had Pst. Caroline Mwangi, Pst. Johnson Varghese, Pst. Ray William, Evg. Arun Gp, Evg. Hari Rao, Pst. Ankit Sajwan and Pst. Shyju Mathew ministering to us during the course of the three days. There were a few reminders, revelations and lessons that really took me over completely and has set the tone for the next phase of my life. I am sharing them here, because they have personally blessed me. I am hoping they make sense to you and will bless you personally.

1. I am Complete in Christ

Colossians 2:9-10 NLT

For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

The problem with most believers and the church at large today is that we always tend to live in a state of continual need. In a way it is good to remain dependent on God as Jesus said, “Blessed are poor in spirit and realise their need for Him”. However, one truth we often miss is that God has made us complete through our union with Christ. We don’t need anything more to enjoy an abundant life, here on this earth and after. So, we are left with no excuse, like if only I had this or that, I could have done better or different. Since we are complete in Christ, we have no reason to crib or be unsatisfied about our everyday life. We absolutely don’t need anything or anybody else.

2. Growth & Fruitfulness is God’s Desire

Matthew 3:10 NKJV

And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

God’s desire for and through our lives, our careers, our ministries is fruitfulness. God wants us to grow, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Fruitfulness comes as a result of consistent faithfulness. Faithfulness is nothing but continuous repetition of Bible centered belief system and consequent actions. Faithfulness will always result in fruitfulness. Though external fruitfulness is not always a sign of faithfulness, it surely comes when we are consistently faithful. You cannot be inconsistent in your lifestyle and behaviour system and expect to bear fruit. That is why Jesus said, if we abide in Him, we will bear fruit. (John 15:5)

3. No Lack, No Sickness, No Sin!

Acts 4:34 NKJV

Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold.

At the conference there was continuous declarations of the church of Jesus experiencing no lack financially or materially. The church at times lives in lack and deems it as spiritual to do so. But that was not God’s plan for us. The first century church lived in no lack, so should we live the same way today. The way they activated this blessing was by radical giving. Every believer in Christ today has the key to unleash divine provisions in their life by practicing a culture of giving.

The same principle goes with healing. By the death of Jesus on the cross He purchased healing for our bodies. We can pursue a state of 100% healthy and whole church by putting our faith in Christ for the same. We received our healing by the stripes that Jesus bore for us on the cross. Every time we dwell on that revelation and believe that completely, we can receive complete healing and learn to enjoy perfect health. The key to activate the same is by faith.

Similarly, we can experience total freedom from sin and habits of sins, because our old sins were nailed to the cross. Jesus was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God. The way we can live in that state of righteousness is by walking in grace of God made available to us by the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. Now we don’t just have the forgiveness from sin, but also total freedom from the desire to sin. Grace is not the excuse to continue in sin but the power to avoid sin.

A glorious church is arising, one that is spotless and without the stain of sin, a church that does not have any sick, a church that has no lack.

4. Prayer Without Passion Is Empty!

Nehemiah 1:4 NLT

When I heard this, I sat down and wept. In fact, for days I mourned, fasted, and prayed to the God of heaven.

What we often lack in the church of today is people that are passionate about praying over the bad news, the sad news and often the disturbing news of all that’s going on around us. God has given us the authority to cast out demons, to resist the work of Satan and to stand up against the principalities and the powers of the dark world. All we need is full armour of God on us to defend and to attack.

However, the one driving force of intercession is compassion for the lost, that is fuelled by our passion and our love for God. (Read more on this in our previous post on Frank Jenner.) Any intercession that is not birthed out of compassion is soul centered, and any compassion that is not a result of genuine passion for God is only pity. Hence our lifestyles need to be such that we have constant prayer and intercession birthed out of our passion and love for God!

5. TheRevival Is Now!

Isaiah 66:8 NLT

Who has ever seen anything as strange as this? Who ever heard of such a thing? Has a nation ever been born in a single day? Has a country ever come forth in a mere moment? But by the time Jerusalem’s birth pains begin, her children will be born.

Have you ever heard of a nation being born in a day? Well that’s what God can do. He can send revival overnight! He can and He will stir the hearts of His people and pour out a fresh measure of His spirit on those who desire Him. But the onus is now on us to receive and walk in it. The church cannot grow or expand till its members decide to walk out in faith and live as Jesus in the world, and do the works of Jesus in healing the sick, casting out demons and raising the dead while declaring the kingdom of God.

The birth of a revival happens when God’s desire of revival for our land and our stepping out in faith collide together. And it is not a future event, it is something we can experience right now. It is easy to experience a revival, much difficult to sustain one. That takes a conscious and constant partnership with the Holy Spirit to live every single day of our lives.

I hope and I pray that you will be able to walk and live in these revelations this upcoming week and month. The sermons from the conference will be soon uploaded on our YouTube channel: YouTube.com/PastorPriji Do take a moment to subscribe and to watch all of them as they get uploaded.
