Transcript:

Today the Lord is drawing near to each and everyone of us, wherever we are in life, or struggling, or have lost hope, the Lord says that He’s going to draw near to us in each and everyone of those areas.

When He comes close, the light of God begins to shine upon our struggles. The answers, the solutions, the wisdom, the revelation that He wants to give us that is going to help us to stand up and overcome this struggle is also coming closer to us.

In the book of Colossians 3:9, Apostle Paul is giving an instruction to the church and he tells them not to lie or pretend.

He’s not talking about how you deal with the people of the world. When it comes to the people of this world, you can hide a certain aspect of who you are.

But when it comes to your relationship with the people in the church. He says, don’t live a false or a pretense life with them.

When it comes to other believers you should not lie to each other. Why? For you have stripped of your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds.

He’s saying because you are now a new person. Now you need to live a transparent life with one other in the church.

He’s saying this because naturally we may still have sin, we may still have our challenges, our struggles, our painful situations. We don’t expose our self to them. As a result of that the enemy takes advantage and he begins to isolate you and bring you into a corner and continue to surround you with temptations and distractions that is going to further deteriorate your relationship with the church, your relationship with God, your relationship even with your own self.

Now that is why Apostle Paul says, in this season don’t lie to each other. In this season just open up your heart, open up your life, open up your character issues, open up your struggles. Find the right person that you can open up to. The more you bring it to the light, the more easier it will be for those issues to be dealt with. There is absolutely nothing that God cannot deal with.

If we will continually and constantly keep coming back into His presence, into His grace, into His mercy we depend upon Him for answers and solutions. There is absolutely nothing that we will not receive help for.

There is absolutely nothing that we will not receive help for, when we keep coming back to His presence! Share on X

So today wherever you are, right after listening to this podcast do reach out to another member of your church, text them and tell them what you are struggling with and ask them to pray for you. Ask them to keep a watch out of whatever you are struggling with.

Because the Lord does not want you to lie to each other. We can lie to each other without actually opening up our mouths to speak something, just by living a life style of hiding everything and keeping everything to ourselves. That itself is a manner of lying.

Believing today everything is changing about you in Jesus mighty name.
