Become Weak
1 Corinthians 9:22 (AMPC)
To the weak (wanting in discernment) I have become weak (wanting in discernment) that I might win the weak and overscrupulous. I have [in short] become all things to all men, that I might by all means (at all costs and in any and every way) save some [by winning them to faith in Jesus Christ].

Based on 1 Corinthians 9:22, this message highlights Apostle Paul’s willingness to become “all things to all people” so that he could reach them with the Gospel. Paul did not compromise his faith or participate in sin, but he was willing to adjust his pace, perspective, language, and approach to connect with people. Jesus demonstrated the same heart when He met the Samaritan woman at the well, choosing to connect with her through something as simple as asking for a drink rather than immediately confronting her life. We are challenged to move beyond judging or preaching at people and instead understand their pain, struggles, language, and perspective. Reaching souls requires sacrifice, intentionality, and an understanding heart. As we become willing to meet people where they are, God can use our lives to lead them towards Jesus.
