“Dedicate to me every firstborn among the Israelites. The first offspring to be born, of both humans and animals, belongs to me.”

Because God has redeemed and preserved our lives through His grace, everything we have ultimately belongs to Him. Just as the Israelites dedicated their firstborn after being spared during Passover, we are called to dedicate our time, finances, health, family, work and every blessing back to God. True fulfilment is not found in keeping everything for ourselves, but in serving Him and using what He has given us for His glory.
