Hosea 4:6 NLT
My people are being destroyed because they don’t know Me. Since you priests refuse to know Me, I refuse to recognize you as My priests. Since you have forgotten the laws of your God, I will forget to bless your children.

Series: Overcoming Ignorance
Exposing ourselves to GOD is important.
Many people get destroyed and perish because they are not aware of spiritual principles.
Ignorance is not bliss but dangerous.
Make it an active pursuit to remember what GOD has done for you, doing for you, doing through you and what He is about to do for you.
Joshua 1:8 says – Study this book of instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.
We should have daily biblical exposure. We should do it continually; not just in church or while preparing to preach or if there is a need, but even on our busiest days.
Exposing ourselves to the word helps stop living in ignorance. The word of God is like a mirror which exposes the deception and lies in our lives. Through the light from the word of God, it becomes easier to correct ourselves.
Psalm 119:11 says – I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
The secret to success in life is to study the word of God and meditate on it daily, and without fail, over and over again.
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
