Lord, Holy One & Creator
Isaiah 45:11
This is what the Lord says – the Holy One of Israel and your Creator: “Do you question what I do for My children? Do you give Me orders about the work of My hands?

Today we are in the book of Isaiah chapter 45. In this verse God is raising a serious accusation to the people.
There are three description in this scripture about who God is;
1 – He is the Lord which means He is the master, the Rabbi, the Adonai, He is incharge
2 – He is the Holy One of Israel – the one who is perfect
3 – He is your Creator – He created you and brought you where you are
And so God is asking – “Do you question what I do for my children? Do you give me orders about the work of my hands?
In the preceding verses of this chapter, God is giving two examples
– does the clay question the potter?
– does the baby that is born do they question there parents as to why did they make them how they are?
God is asking since He is the sovereign God does He not have the right to exercise the same?
So many times we go through pain and brokeness and we tend to blame God saying if He would have been there, this woundn’t have happened. But God is asking how much do you trust Him, knowing the fact that He is your master, the creator and the Holy One of Israel.
We got to repent of the prayers that we have prayed and the attitude that we have towards the Lord. Though God is our friend, yet we forget the fact that He is our God, the master, the Holy One and our creator.
Come to that place of surrenderance and acknowledge Him as your God and that He owns you and trust Him.
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
