Willingness to remain in prayer is another important step in overcoming ignorance.
Take everything to the Lord in prayer and surrender to His will.
Make it a point to take your burdens and your decisions to the Lord and don’t miss out on communicating to the Lord in prayer.
Prayer is the key to unlock the door of wisdom over your life.
Peter says in the above verse that we should be earnest and disciplined in our prayer. We have to be spontaneous and radical in our prayers, but certain amount of discipline is also necessary to remain surrendered to God in prayer.
Prayer involves surrendering your desires, your decisions, your flesh, your time, etc. to God. Prayer is exchanging your will for His will in your life. When you ask for His will, even if He doesn’t tell you exactly where you should go, He will divinely direct your steps.
Psalm 37:23 NLT – The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.
God will not force His will in your life, but when you surrender your will to Him, He will let His will be done in your life.
Pray multiple times in a day and communicate with HIM regularly, committing your works to HIS will in every aspect of your life.
If you ask God to teach you, mold you, mentor you heart and lead your steps to bring glory and honour to Him, you will not have to live in ignorance.
Have a daily biblical exposure, expose yourself to regular spiritual and supernatural encounters, be sensitive to the prophetic realm, have fellowship with radical believers, and remain surrendered at His feet in prayer to overcome ignorance in your life.
I pray you have an overcoming spirit, be rooted in God’s word and overcome every ignorance in your lives.
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
