My Servants
Isaiah 65:13 NLT
Therefore, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “My servants will eat, but you will starve. My servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. My servants will rejoice, but you will be sad and ashamed.

We have been studying the book of Isaiah and today we are towards the end of the book.
Isaiah 65 speaks of a promise and a blessing over the servants of God. So often in our life, the opposite is true.
We find that the servants of God doesn’t have too much to eat and drink but the world seems to be prospering. But why is God saying that there is going to be this difference if its not the actual reality today? It is because God is eventually taking us there. There will be a day when the righteous will be exalted.
We all will be rewarded in heaven but so many of us will also be rewarded here on this earth, because the bible says “And everyone who has given up houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or property, for my sake, will receive a hundred times as much in return on this earth and will and in the life to come.”
God will reward His children. He says He will feed and give them water to drink. This water represent Jesus Himself. He is the bread of life and our everything. This is the portion for the servants of God.
If you are a servant of God then you will not lack physical or spiritual food. He will keep adding on to you reasons to rejoice.
Align yourself and accept the fact that you become His servant and dedicate yourself in doing His will and stick to it.
Prayer:
Father, in the spirit realm I reach out and touch every son and daughter and every brother and sister, I pray that You will transform us from our high mindedness into becoming servants of Jesus so that we are able to serve You with everything and with all our hearts we are able to be in love with You and devoted to You Father, because we know that Your servants will not starve and not be thirsty and not be sad and ashamed. Father, bring about that blessing in our life not just when we reach heaven but right now in this season wherever we are, whatever is our need – the basic spiritual/physical needs whatever is our needs in our life, reach out and touch us and fill us Father, in Jesus’ mighty name we pray.
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
