Testimony of Hiram

Transcript:
Let us humble ourselves and let Him reposition us. There are things that we are unable to do, in which we need a divine intervention. In accordance with the above statement, there is a story in the Bible which is of King Solomon. King Solomon could have approached God and asked Him for several materialistic pleasures yet instead he asked the Lord for wisdom.
In this context, King Hiram is amazed and blessed by King Solomon. Hiram is never seen as a worshipper of Yahweh, but here, we see him honouring God when he witnessed the wisdom and passion of King Solomon.
Firstly, Hiram acknowledged the work of God. Secondly, he was astonished by the wisdom of King Solomon and also knew it was God’s work. Thirdly, he said that this group were of great and powerful people.
King Hiram was able to understand these three truths because of King Solomon. King Solomon had prepared to build the temple, laying out strategies and plans to construct it. It was King David’s desire to build the temple of God but it was God’s plan for his heir to do so. King Solomon could have easily got distracted after receiving the wisdom of God and use it for many other things. Instead, he was very passionate and utilized all his resources to build the temple of God.
When we serve the House of God with different manners and make use of our resources in a passionate way, people who do not know God will come and worship. They will acknowledge the anointing upon you from God. They will want to receive the privilege from God.
Let us yearn to be more passionate to build the House of God, as no matter how small the part is you play, do it all for His glory.

Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
