Every time when God gives us a revelation of how good and beautiful He is, it is not just to look at and admire. We ought to change and be transformed in accordance with that revelation.
The Bible says in Isaiah 54:10, there are areas of life God can’t deal with us according to what we have done. If God began to deal with us in this manner, He cannot establish His love for us or bless us. He is not a God paying the wages for what we have done or trying to give us back for all the evil that we have been doing. Instead, he is a God who shows mercy on us. The most foundational and permanent things in our life which we thought were not movable can move. The things that we have been dependent on all our lives can disappear overnight.
God says, that even in the midst of all things there is one thing that remains constant, and that is his steadfast love for us. It will still remain. This love is not for us just to enjoy, we have to allow this love to transform us, and change our thought patterns, our responses, and reactions. By this faithful and steadfast love of God, he has made a covenant blessing for us. Sometimes because of our wrongdoings, we might think God will not love us. But the thing is that God does not measure our sins and chooses to love us a little less. It depends on us, how we allow this love to transform us. Every revelation he gives us, it’s not just information in our head to write a song or share on social media. God wants this to change the way we live our lives. The best way to respond is to love him back and obey him back. To live in the identity that he gives us and it has to manifest in every choice and decision that we make.
