Good morning and greetings in Jesus’ name!
Welcome to this amazing new day!

Today, the Lord wants to show you what He can truly do for you. He wants to show you how you can enter into an inheritance, into the riches and provisions which is going to be divine in nature. There is a provision that comes into our lives but it is very temporary. It is very momentary. It is not something that is going to help us all through our life. But the way that we respond to that temporary provision, will determine how much we will be provided for eternally.

Let me read a scripture to you. This is Jesus teaching His disciples in Luke 16:11&12. Jesus said, “If ,then, in the unrighteous mammon ye become not faithful-the true, who will entrust to you? And if in the other’s ye become not faithful-your own, who shall give to you?”
Jesus is giving us a very important key here. He’s telling us that when you take care of the wealth that you are given, of the finances that God has entrusted into your hands, you are now going to be entrusted with true riches.
You may think that the money that God has given you is true riches. It is not! It is only a test to see whether you can be given true riches .
When you are given Rs. 100, and you spend the entire amount on yourself, and you are concerned only about the things that you want to do with it, how to meet your requirements and needs. Then, it is very evident what would happen to you if He would give you a particular anointing or a door, a grace or an influence. You may end up using that only for your personal benefit. The anointing may be used to make yourself rich, wealthy and well- provided for. The influence may be used to become more famous.
That is why the Lord may first give you money to see how you would handle it before He could give you true riches, wealth or anointing.
There is a grace that God wants to give you as a result of your wise management of resources, specifically the money that God has given into your hands.

For a large part of my life, I used to think that God knows my heart. Even if I don’t use the money that I have for the right things He knows my heart that I love these people, that I love to do His work. So, I’m sure that He will look at the desires of my heart and He will give me all the required anointing and the grace.
But God says, “No! That is not how the kingdom functions. In the kingdom, the way that I see what is in your heart, is by how you spend your resources, your money. Because wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be”.

So if you’re saying that my heart is in the ministry but your resources are all in the bank, it is not in sync! If you say that my heart is in serving God, but your money is only going into serving your home and your physical needs, then it doesn’t make sense.
So the Lord is evaluating if we are ready for the next level of grace, to receive an anointing, to tap into a greater glory. And the way that He is going to come to a conclusion, is based on how we will spend our money.

Today, I want you to go back and evaluate how much money you’ve got; where you’ve been spending it. Go through your budget, check and investigate your biggest expenses every single week and month. If your money is not going where your desires are, then there is a big problem and we may need some re-alignment.

In the next verse Jesus says, “If you are not faithful with what belongs to others, then, how will you get your own?”
How will you get your own breakthrough, blessing, property? Eg: Some of us live in rented homes and we are believing God for our own homes. How will God see that we are ready to take ownership for our own homes? It is when God sees the faithfulness and the full-hearted devotion to maintaining, sustaining and multiplying that which belongs to someone else. That’s how God evaluates your heart to be ready to own your your thing.

If you are not faithful with the work of another company, then don’t believe God for your own company. If you’re not faithful in helping other children, then don’t believe God for your own. If you are not faithful in sowing into other marriages and helping them to do life well, then don’t believe God to give you your own marriage, which is going to be happy and healthy.
The Lord says, “If you are not going to be faithful in the way that you invest into others and in what belongs to them, then, why would God give you your own?”

Two things we learned today: The Lord wants to give us true riches and the Lord wants to give us what belongs to us. But the way that God would determine if you are ready for that is, first, by checking how we spend our money and second, in seeing how interested and faithful we are in taking care what belongs to others.
Our faithfulness really matters.
The Lord wants to give us an anointing. He wants to give us that which is our own- what has our name on it. But He’s waiting. He wants to test and see if we are ready and prepared for it.

Today, let’s yield our hearts to God and ask Him to give us the grace to act upon the desires of our heart. Just a desire is not enough but we have to put our resources, our wallets and our money where our desire is.
A desire to benefit others is not enough, it’s necessary to intentionally practice faithfulness, even when they are not watching or with us.

Let’s pray: Lord, we thank you, for you want to expand us in this season. We thank you because you want to add true riches, true heavenly blessings. We thank you because you want to give us what belongs to our own, what is ours, what has our name on it. So we pray that each and every person that is listening to me this morning will receive the unction and the grace and the understanding and the discernment to know what to avoid, to know where to spend their money and the wisdom, Lord, specifically the wisdom to deal with other people. To deal with the relationships that you’ve placed around their lives. So they can be faithful in what belongs to others. Because we know that you are giving them their own, their own, their own. We thank you Lord for this word. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
