Joy at His Success

Greetings in Jesus Name! The Lord is close to you, He is near to the brokenhearted and those who are desperate for Him. When we are intentional about our intimacy with Him, He is faithful towards us. The more we live for the glory of God, the more we grow in humility. We must develop an attitude of considering others better than ourselves.

In the scriptures, John had been ministering for longer than Jesus. In John 3:29, it says, It is the bridegroom who marries the bride, and the bridegroom’s friend is simply glad to stand with him and hear his vows. Therefore, I am filled with joy at his success. John says this because he wanted to glorify Jesus as he had a revelation of who he was. As John had an understanding of what Jesus purpose was for, he celebrated Him.

True honour comes is when we see others the way God sees them. We must them in our spiritual realm as we are judged by the past in the physical realm. As in the spiritual realm, we can see what God is truly capable of in their lives.

Let us constantly be prayerful with others and rejoice in how they are going to celebrated by God. The reason jealously, envy comes is because we do not understand the concept of spirit-filled honour.

We don’t honour based on what we see but honour based on what we see in the spirit. God is calling us for a lifestyle with the celebration of someone’s life.
