Psalms 65:12
The grasslands of the wilderness become a lush pasture, and the hillsides blossom with joy.
Series: Psalm 65
Today we continue learning from Psalm 65. We have been believing for revival, an overflow and an increase in 2018.
The first part of the verse talks of the grasslands in the wilderness becoming a lush pasture.
The grasslands in the wilderness generally aren’t trim or says proper; they grow wild and cannot be used for food.
A lush pasture is good fodder for the sheep. Whatever resources are present in our lives that are wild and untamed, the Lord would transform them to be fodder (divine food from the resources we have) for us.
The second part of the verse talks about the hillside blossoming with joy. Hillsides represent our times with God. Jesus always went to a hillside when He had to spend time with the Father, so did Moses.
The Bibles says our hillsides, which represent our walk, intimacy, pursuit of God, will blossom with joy.
Martha was serving too much but that wasn’t her problem. It was that she complained about Mary not serving. We come across people who are willing to serve but with joy or willingness. However the Lord says, the new year will blossom with joy.
As we listen to the podcast, join us believing that 2018 is going to be a year of divine joy!
