The Lord wants to restore everything that the enemy had been successful in stealing. Certain things in our relationships, finance, ministry and career had been stolen by the enemy, our lord is master of relations and will restore relationships, environments and investments in a new, unexpected way.
It says in Philemon 1:15, that he had a servant Onesimus, who was separated from him. Philemon felt his servant was stolen from him and in that moment he might have questioned the promises and provision of God. Similarly, it is very natural to question God’s promises in periods of loss or challenging situations we are clueless about.
Today, we need to ask what if perhaps God was doing something better or had all of this in mind since the start. God took Onesimus away for a little while, so he could have him back for good. If he had to continue in Philemon’s house, he would remain inferior, however; as he was taken away, when he returned he came back as a brother, as a son of Apostle Paul.
It’s beautiful to see how God restores, beautifies, reorganises, reinvents and reimagines certain things, so your blessings and joy can be restored. Today, if you refuse to be disappointed or live in sadness and refuse to give in, God will give restoration and grace. Trust in the restoration power, the Lord is about to bring back things that cannot be taken away from you. Things you could not have gotten on your own, God will bring it back.
Perhaps you’re wondering “I’m already divorced, already made mistakes I cannot take back” the Lord is restoring all the failures and negative things you had done, even sins committed, he will bring beautiful things out of it, because he is merciful and will give us a second chance. Just trust and yield to him. If he could do this for Onesimus, Philemon, Apostle Paul; He could do this for your home, commitment, failure, things you thought you lost. This time it will be a permanent blessing that will last, it will not be taken away, it will not leave you. Believe this and walk in it.
