Trusting God’s Methods

When God is on our side we do not have to worry for ourselves or be anxious for our needs. We have a father in heaven, have an understanding of His ways and a relationship with Him. We know what He does and when He does and that is why we have to keep our eyes on God who is the source of all our blessings.

In todays scripture the Psalmist receives an advise that is for well meaning but then He reiterates that his trust is in the Lord for protection. As Christians, many of us usually try to find our hope or help in the world and when that doesn’t work, we then come to the Lord for His protection and provision.

Can we be intentional to trust in the Lord for our protection and provision in this season and make a decision to do whatever God instructs us to do?

The more we understand what God wants to do in and through our lives, the more we remain protected, covered and secure. As we begin the journey of getting to know God more daily and fiercely, let us push our minds to understand what it is that God wants to do through us and how He wants us to achieve what He wants us to achieve.

The provisions & protection that we pursue are not bad but yet the direction in which we take to get there should be the real question. We can receive protection and be covered when we come to God and He will tell us what to do next when we rely and depend on Him everyday.

Everyday we have to be learning to hear God and do what He is asking us to do for that particular day and the more we do that, the more we will see Gods mercies and favor.

May the Lord Lead and guide us each day as we continue to trust in Him for our protection.
