Divine Information

This comes from the heart of God: You are unique, precious, chosen by God, and called for a higher purpose. There is nothing in your life by accident or by coincidence. You are not a child of God because you chose to be, but because God chose you; He desired to lavish His love upon you. He opened your eyes to see Him, receive Him, and live for Him. You take a breath and move towards Him because of the strength He gives. When we remember this and live our lives in response to what God does and speaks in our lives, we will be victorious.
Children of God do not have to be victims of their circumstances or the information provided in the news, or the environment. In this season of the second wave in India, one should hear God and His people like never before.
The Bible says, in Proverbs 14:7 (NLT) Stay away from fools, for you won’t find knowledge on their lips. One may find information, statistics, worldly understanding and wisdom from ungodly people but not divine knowledge. The Bible says, ‘the fool says in his heart, there is no GOD’. By having friendships with people who don’t believe in God, one is engaging in conversations and relationships that have the potential to bring that foolishness into their lives. While talking to people who don’t have Jesus in their hearts, one may still find them making sense logically and can get swept away. One doesn’t have to hate, ignore or isolate them but stay away from them because knowledge will not be found on their lips.
One shouldn’t go to ungodly people for knowledge, help, or direction. For example, one may go to the doctor who may or may not be a believer when they are sick and get information on the medication to take but not forgetting divine knowledge or wisdom. Ungodly people shouldn’t be the ultimate source of wisdom in the life of a child of God. One should go to God and hear what God wants to say.
When Nehemiah wanted to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, he first went to God to receive instructions, converse and get help; and only after that he went to the king and got support and help that God had already told. He didn’t receive knowledge, help or support from the king but from God. The king was only a vessel that God used.
People of God cannot isolate themselves from the people of the world but should always go to God first and make sure God is the most prominent voice in every aspect of their lives. This will make it easy to understand what the employer is saying, or submitting to an unbelieving husband, or understand what the government expects them to do.
One’s source of knowledge should come from a wise person, who depends on God and receives from Him. One should remain rooted in a place where he/she can be nourished, cherished, celebrated and fed; and after that, go where He sends making sure to not receive help or support from someone towards a direction that God has not sent.
The more a child of God hears ungodly people talk about things with an ungodly perspective, the more he/she will sink along with them. Share on XMay God cause every voice of the enemy to be disconnected from your ears and may your ears first recognize and respond to God’s voice and only then to any other.
