Finger of God

Good Morning & Greetings in Jesus name. I pray that today, we will have a fresh revelation of God’s grace, power, and abilities towards us. The more we continue to stay in ignorance, lack of ignorance, or lack of knowledge, the more the enemy will have the upper hand in our lives, but when we grow in our knowledge and understanding, we will have the final say in all of lives’ issues, problems, all of the challenges or enemy’s threats, we will have the final say. See, God wants to entrust his power into our hands, the question we need to ask ourselves is “Whether we are ready to display this power? Whether we are ready to display the grace and the glory of God?”
Let me read the book of Exodus 8:19, “This is the finger of God!” the magicians exclaimed to Pharaoh. But Pharaoh’s heart remained hard. He wouldn’t listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted. You know, the plagues that the Lord had sent into Egypt; the initial few miracles that Moses and Aaron did, the magicians were able to imitate, but they eventually reached the place where they were no longer able to do what Moses and Aaron were doing. They could no longer do a counterfeited miracle, they could no longer do anything that could be as great and as enormous as God was doing in the land, and this was their testimony; when they looked at the work of Aaron and Moses, looked at the manifestations of the things that they did, they said “This is the finger of God. This is not the finger of Moses, This is not the finger of Aaron, not another magic, not another magic, that they are playing, not just some illusion. No, this is the finger of God!”
My desire is that in this season, the world around us will see what we are doing, will taste what we are doing, will experience very tangibly and physically what we are doing and they will have the same testimony about us and they will say “this is the finger of God” This is not Priji, BRC or RN, this is the finger of God. Can you desire the same in your church, your nation or your city? that when people experience the fruit of your labor or experience the fruit of words, they will no longer be attracted to you, they will no longer see you manifest a certain talent or ability that has been passed down generationally or that you’ve learned with all your academic skill sets? No! they will see the finger of God at work. Now, everybody is not going to respond the same way. When Pharaoh saw the finger of God, experienced the finger of God and yet, he hardened his heart.
There was a group of people who said “This is the finger of God. We cannot fight this. We cannot resist it or cannot be against the finger of God, we need to draw our boundaries here, and we need to respect Moses and Aaron, but on the other side, there was a Pharaoh, who said ”I don’t care“ He hardened his heart, he was arrogant. He saw that this was the finger of God, like the magicians, priests and sorcerers of Egypt and yet he said ”I’m not going to allow the children of Israel to have their own way“ So just because people are not responding to what you’re doing, it does not mean that you are not being a good representative of the grace and the glory of God. It is still their free will, to acknowledge and submit to what your are doing or not to do it, but the responsibility on us, is to be so one with God that we will become his hands, his fingers, we will become his mouthpiece that we will become the extension of who God is on the earth. How will our conversations change over this weekend, if that is going to be the goal of what we want to achieve in this life, the mental image, dream and desire of what we want in our lives?
When people see you manifest a certain talent or ability after you have a revelation of Christ, they will no longer be attracted to you but they will see God. Share on XLord, let everything that I am and everything that I have, may it represent you that when they see me, they see the Father in heaven, that when they talk to me, they have spoken to Jesus himself, when they get an encouragement from me, it is in fact the Holy Spirit, who is encouraging somebody. I could’ve understood if it is some Christians or Jews or somebody or people who are believing in God, testifying about Moses and Aaron, because they have an understanding and revelation from history about the nature of God and yet these are pagans, and they looked at the face of Moses and said “This is not Moses anymore, this is not Aaron anymore—this is the finger of God.
Let’s pray—Lord, today when we step out of our homes, when we open up our mouths, when we point our finger in a particular direction, we will be an extension of who you are. We desire to be an extension of your grace, love, mercy and goodness to the world around us. Help us Lord, to be your hands, your feet, your fingers here on the earth. We bless your children Lord.
