2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

This podcast is a repost, originally published on January 23, 2017.

Revival is resurrection life flowing in your body, church and city.

Revival comes from the word revive.

Q.When do you use the word revive?

A. When a person is dying and has been given CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) to come back to life.

God’s new life coming into our soul and bodies that we will completely be taken by surprise.

The Bible says in 2 Cor 5:17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

This verse is applicable for all who believe in Jesus.

The moment we give our lives to Jesus we don’t belong to ourselves anymore. You only belong to Jesus.

God wants to bring a new sense of life, purpose and direction in your spirit . How often we need newness in our personal life, prayer life,in our bible reading times in every area of life? New life begins with your thought pattern.

The more you begin to read your Bible, the more you begin to think like God. We pray that you would be filled with a fresh desire, fresh thought pattern to live your life!

Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.

The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.

God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.

The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
