Series: Becoming God Conscious

Revival happens when we have a deep experience with God, deep awareness and consciousness about God and his presence around us.

When we have that awareness, wherever we walk, whatever we do, we do it with the fact that the sovereign God, the Father,Son & Holy Spirit are in complete control of our lives.

So walk in awareness of who God is!

1 John 4:4 says ‘ you have already won a victory over those people ‘.

How have we won ? – because the Spirit that lives in us is Greater than the spirit that lives in the world.

If nobody’s is trying to fight us, it’s probably because we’re not filled in the spirit of God.

If we are filled in the spirit of God, we will be prone to attacks.

Few examples –

• Why were the brothers of Joseph so jealous about him ? – because there was an anointing on his life and God was with him.
• Why were the brothers of David jealous of him ? – because there was something different about him, he carried the presence of God.
• Why were the wise men in Babylon upset with Daniel ? – because Daniel carried the presence of God.

Point is, for whatever reason sometimes people use it in different forms of accusations and blames to put us down. All this because there’s something inside of us.

What is on the inside of us threatens the people around us and spirits outside.

There is a spirit that moves around in the world, a spirit of lawlessness that rebels in people who haven’t claimed Jesus to be Lord over their life.

But the Spirit living on the inside of us is greater than those outside in the world that controls the minds of millions.

We are hosting the power that created the universe ! The power that is capable of bringing the world to a halt in the blink of an eye !

The more we are aware of who we carry and the power involved, the more capable we are to transform the people , things and spirits around us.

We are not greater because of who we are, or our qualifications, or which church we go to, or what we’ve accomplished, but we are greater because of who lives on the inside of us.

When we walk into dead situations, the power of resurrection that lives inside of us has the capacity to bring change to the situation.

This knowledge about the Spirit inside us will give us a new completely different perspective of life.

So let’s walk around believing who we are and who we carry, that is what will bring revival !
