I Say of Cyrus
Isaiah 44:28
When I say of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd,’ he will certainly do as I say. He will command, ‘Rebuild Jerusalem’; he will say, ‘Restore the Temple.’”

As you begin your day, replace your dreams, goals and direction with His promises. We ought to become a little sensitive to the mind and heart-beat of God.
Let’s believe God will begin to speak to ‘our leaders’ be it, political, financial, head of state, wherever they are placed by the Lord.
The Bible says, The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord (Proverbs 21:1 NKJV)
The Lord is about to speak on your behalf to the king, prime minister, senior pastor or elder.
The verse says, ‘When I say of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd,’. Cyrus wasn’t a believer, but when God says he is my shepherd, when God declares something let us believe it. Because he is God’s shepherd the Lord says, he will certainly do as I say.
We ought to declare the voice of God in the spirit realm as a body of Christ and they (the leaders) will hear it. Let’s begin to declare this over our cities and nation!
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:16 – Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?
All the churches, families put together in our city is the temple of God to Restore the Temple to it’s original place of glory.
Prayer: Father, we join with our hearts where-ever we are praying from to the Cyrus’ in our land that he will certainly do as you command. We command the voice of God over every Cyrus of our land, let them rise up for rebuilding our cities on a Godly foundation and there will be a restoration of the church to its place of power and influence in the government, education, media and every realm. Every mountain will look upto the mountain of the Lord. Let hope arise and desperation flee! Let all attacks in the spirit realm be replaced by this command to the Cyrus’. We thank you Lord for you are doing something special, In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
