Series: Hosting Revival Through Worship

We have enjoyed studying about David, Solomon and Elijah how they built a place of worship for God:

1. David built a special tent.
2. Solomon built a great temple
3. Elijah rebuilt the altar that was torn down due to false worship.

Moving onto the life of Hezekiah:

• During the days of Hezekiah the temple of the Lord was closed and all the articles were distributed for other kind of worship.
• As Hezekiah’s heart was after God,he desired a nation and a generation to worship the Lord.
• Hezekiah’s ministry brought a nation-wide revival.
• As the scriptures speaks about consecration,sacrifices and thanksgiving.

In order for a nation to respond to God:-

• David had to offer worship God in his private time.
• Solomon had to become generous with his worship.
• Elijah had to rebuilt the altar of worship.

After the consecration and worship,Hezekiah opened the temple for people.

• Hezekiah’s heart for God lead he whole nation to worship God.
• Let’s dream about an entire nation gathered to worship because of one man’s lifestyle
• May God raise Hezekiah’s among us!

Keys for God to come is Prayer and Worship:

Prayer-Opens the door for God to come as you seek,ask and knock,
But God is seated on your worship.
In order for people to catch the same fire and grow exponentially, you need to have that lifestyle of honouring and loving the Lord.
