Take Complete Possession
Judges 1:19 (NLT)
“The LORD was with the people of Judah, and they took possession of the hill country. But they failed to drive out the people living in the plains, who had iron chariots.”

Based on Judges 1:19, this message reminds us that knowing God is with us should give us courage to pursue and possess what He has promised. Judah experienced victory in the hill country because they focused on God’s presence, but they became intimidated when they faced people with iron chariots. In the same way, we can lose courage when we compare our resources, education, finances, influence, or abilities with what others have. The message encourages us to remember that our ultimate dependence is not on human strength or resources, but on God Himself. When our eyes remain fixed on Him, we do not have to withdraw, surrender, or tolerate what stands against God’s purposes for our lives. His presence gives us the confidence to move forward, overcome opposition, and fully receive what He has entrusted to us.
