The Loving Mercy of Christ
Listen
Welcome to this beautiful new day! A beautiful new opportunity to walk with the Lord and experience His goodness, grace and blessings in each and every aspect of our life. I hope that you are aware of how much the Lord loves you and cares for you.
The Bible says in the book of Galatians:1:6 says, I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News Paul is reminding the church at Galatia to remember the goodness of God. He is astonished to see people turn their backs against God. We tend to think the people have caused a severe sin. It is not about sin. Paul is shocked about people who have turned their backs to the mercy of God. Paul says that if you change your belief to something else, it is equal to turning your back to God. The dangerous part is pushing God away in your life.
When did we turn out back to the Mercy of God? Anytime we pleased God with our love and our pursuit of God we have turned our backs against Him. Our righteousness can never exceed or purchase the love of God.
When we think our pursuit for God is what pleases Him, we have turned our backs against Him. Share on XPaul tried to address this issue to the church as God calls you to Himself through Christ.
We follow something that pretends to be the Good News! Let us return back to the feet of Jesus and be dependent on His grace. We are lost without His mercy & grace! There is no hope without the mercy of God.
