Greetings in Jesus’ name! Welcome to this beautiful new morning.

Our desire is that we will continue to grow in the ways of the Lord and will continue to represent the heart and mind of God in our homes, churches and cities. Thank you for being a part of this community. We enjoy seeing what the Lord is doing in your life because of these inspirations on a daily basis.

Proverbs Ch 12 vs 16 – “A fool is quick tempered but a wise person stays calm when insulted.”

The bible makes a clear distinction between a fool and a wise person. A fool is someone who is led by his emotions and is quick tempered. He does not think before he speaks or before he decides. He does not spend time meditating on the consequences of his actions. He is quick to judge and act. But, a wise person on the other hand, when he is insulted or provoked, he knows how to stay calm. The wisdom that he carries becomes the anchor on which he can stay rooted on.

Let me ask you; are you a foolish person who is led by emotions or are you a wise person? A wise person isn’t devoid of attacks, he also has emotions. A wise person will also feel hurt yet his response is going to be of staying calm.

In fact all of us feel hurt by one thing or the other. We all have our areas of weaknesses. And yet there is a wisdom that comes from above; a wisdom that the Holy Spirt gives us. A wisdom that comes with the grace and ability to stay calm.

We have to anchor ourselves into that wisdom. If we do not have a firm rooting in this wisdom, we never know when an attack or a provoking conversation will arise, that’s why we need to be prepared at all times.

Every morning reading the word, praying, speaking in tongues, hearing the heart of God takes you through the journey of anchoring yourself in the wisdom of God. When we listen to the experiences of our mentors, leaders and receive the wisdom from their anointing, we are anchoring ourselves in this wisdom that keeps us calm.

The Bible defines the foolish and the wise differently. A person who does not respond to criticism is frowned upon, but God looks at him and says; this is a wise person who stays calm even when insulted. That is wisdom according to heavenly standards.

When we look at somebody who is quick tempered, who will fight anything and everything, anybody and everybody, and does not fear authorities, we would probably think he is brave and courageous. Yet God looks at him and says; this is a foolish person because it is foolishness to be quick tempered.

Our words and actions should not be based on our emotions but rather on where we are grounded. Share on X

Are you rooted in the wisdom of God? If not, today lets pray, lets seek out help and be rooted. Let wisdom be what we are built on.

When you have wisdom in your foundation, you are going to be calm and quiet person, one that cannot be moved even when the mountains shake. We will be still and know that God is fighting for us.

Let’s pray together, Lord, today we desire this grace to be wise. A wisdom that helps us to stay calm even when insulted.Give us the grace to exercise the wisdom of the Heaven even we are dealing with friends, family or colleagues. We receive it in Jesus name. Amen.
