Turned on their Pursuers

by | Podcast

Joshua 8:20 (NLT)
When the men of Ai looked behind them, smoke from the town was filling the sky, and they had nowhere to go. For the Israelites who had fled in the direction of the wilderness now turned on their pursuers.

In this episode of Another Day with Jesus, Apostle Priji reminds you that seasons of constant attack and opposition will not last forever. Drawing from Joshua 8:20, he explains that while there is a time to seek refuge and wait on God, there also comes a time to turn around and face the enemy with confidence.

The Israelites initially fled from Ai, but when God moved against their enemies, they received the courage to stop running and step into victory. In the same way, God’s fire can destroy the enemy’s plans and create a divine turnaround in your battles.

You are encouraged to trust God’s timing, remain under His covering, and be ready to act when He gives the signal. The same God who protects you is also the God who fights for you, turning pursuers into the pursued and bringing lasting victory over every attack.
