Series: Praise in Ephesians
There is no praise, worship, thanksgiving that is too small for God. Every time we come into His presence and we begin to express ourselves in words, actions, behaviours, external posture and posture of our heart and everything we do, it tends to become the expression of our worship.
Now that worship will sometimes stink or that worship will sometimes be a sweet smelling aroma. How do we define? How does it change from the either of them? It’s our lifestyle, heart, motivation behind it and agenda that we have in worshipping God and praising Him that makes sure that what we are giving God is a sweet smelling aroma.
Ephesians 1:6 – So we praise God for the glorious grace that He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son.
Apostle Paul is saying that we praise God because we have a reason to praise Him. God has given us immeasurable, uncontainable, uncountable and infinite number of blessings. Everything that is available in heaven is now available to us here on the earth.
Here Paul says, I want to praise God for His glorious grace. We as children of God have access to that glorious grace.
Definition of Grace: “Grace means to receive something that we don’t deserve.”
God wants to give you His showers of grace and mercies. His mercies are new every morning. If you want to receive this outpouring of the glorious grace then all you have to do is belong to His dear Son Jesus Christ.
Prayer:
Father God we thank You for that glorious grace, we thank You for pouring it out upon us. We thank You for calling us and choosing us so that we can belong to You alone, in Jesus name we pray. Amen!
God bless you!
