Great Glory
John 15:8 NLT
When you produce much fruit, you are My true disciples. This brings great glory to My Father.

The Lord expects us to produce fruit when we are doing life with our church, friends, and family. The people around us, our friends, our family, everybody is looking at us to see what kind of fruit we are going to bear.
Matthew 3:10 says the axe is laid at the root of the tree so that every tree that does not produce fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. When you do produce much fruit, you are the true disciples of Jesus.
There is no point in saying that you are saved, and yet, there is no fruit of your salvation. One of the best fruit of your salvation is the righteousness of God. It is not something that you have to manufacture. The branch when it is attached to the tree, automatically, it will produce fruit. There is nothing that the branch has to do that is out of the ordinary.
Jesus said “I am the vine, and you are the branches.” The branch does not do anything other than remaining attached to vine. As long as you remain yourself attached to Jesus, to the body of Jesus, to the heart of Jesus, to the mind of Jesus, to the hands and feet of Jesus, you will automatically produce much fruit.
The Lord is separating the ones that are bearing fruit from the ones that are not bearing fruit. That is the season that we are in right now, and the Lord says when you do produce much fruit, this brings great glory to My Father.
When your lifestyle changes and when your life begins to emulate the life of Jesus, at that time, the bible says, it brings great glory to the Father.
Our lives are not just meant to see the glory, to encounter the glory but to give room for the glory to come, for the glory to be released back to the Father.
Prayer:
Father, I pray that every single one of my friends that are listening to me this morning let them bring great glory to You with their words; let them bring great glory to You with their actions; let them bring great glory to You with their bearing fruit; let them bring great glory to You by being the true disciples of Jesus; let them bring great glory to You by their conversations, their lifestyles, their ministry, in everything Lord; let bring great glory to You and to You alone. Thank You for hearing our prayer, in Jesus name we pray, amen!

Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
