Praise His Name
Isaiah 12:4 NLT
“In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the LORD! Praise His name! Tell the nations what He has done. Let them know how mighty He is!”

Yesterday we studied on how Jesus is going to bring revival and justice to the poor and the oppressed. Today we will see what is going to be our response to that.
So many times God is moving for us but yet we do not respond to it.
Isaiah 12:4 says, “In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the LORD! Praise His name! Tell the nations what He has done. Let them know how mighty He is!”
Whenever God does something and we don’t couple it up with worship and honour, glorifying and thanking Him, we lose the blessing that we have received from the Lord.
Out of the ten lepers whom Jesus healed, the one who came back to thank Him, was the only one who received the wholeness.
That is why it’s necessary we respond in worship. This is what Isaiah is saying in this verse. The expression of your worship towards God will be that;
1. You will sing
2. You will thank Him
3. You will praise His name
4. You will tell the nations what He has done for you!
5. And you will tell how mighty He is.
This is the kind of worship that is going to please the Lord. Hope you will do this today!
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
