Too often, we think that the greatest gift we can receive from God is our fancy cars, our filmy dreams coming to pass, our monthly provisions etc. But, to be honest, the greatest gift we can receive from God is His unfailing and steadfast love.

His love for us is more than enough to stand against attacks, face challenges, persecution, failure or lack.

In fact, Moses, a man who wanted to see God, a man who asked for God’s glory, a man who wanted to experience God, says in Psalms 90 verse 14: “Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives.”

This should be our prayer, devotion and our request to the Lord. We should ask God for His love more than any other blessing or desire, car or relationship, money or gadgets.

Because, this encounter of God’s reckless love has a natural overflow of worship. If we are not able to worship or not able to fall down on our knees or not lift our hands and worship the Lord, it is because we do not have a revelation of how much He loves us and also we are not satisfied by His love.

We can be satisfied by our salaries, our marriage or children or any other blessings. We can be grateful and thankful to the Lord for all these things but the one greatest thing we can be satisfied by or be grateful for is His unending love.

When we are satisfied by His love and when we live in the overflow of His love, we are able to love others with the same love that God has poured into us, we are able to honor and forgive others as well.

I pray a divine satisfaction upon your heart and soul. I pray that we will not crave for the things of the world to satisfy us, but we will crave for God’s satisfying love all the days of our lives.
