Transcript:
Many times we become very insecure about being faithful due to the circumstances around us.
This happened with Joseph too but, he did not compromise when he was tempted.
Let us look at what the scripture has to say about the topic :
We think if we remain faithful, people would destroy, kill or harm us. Which is not true!
It is God’s duty to protect and guard us.
The Bible talks about King Abimelech who brought Sarah to his house and was about to sleep with her, but God stopped Abimelech from doing that because he did not want to sin in his heart. The King’s heart was faithful to God which stopped him from sinning.
Potiphar’s wife threw Joseph in the prison but they did not know that it would not stop God to bring him back to the palace.
God protected Joseph in the prison as well. If Joseph would’ve given in to the sin he would have never been in the palace.
Faithfulness is a great ornament. God celebrates us when we remain faithful. Share on XIt doesn’t matter what people do to you or how they view you.
One of the areas we need to be faithful to God is in the area of finances – our giving in the form of tithes and offering.
Prayer:
We pray in agreement for the ones who are willing to develop faithfulness in their character, finances so that you can protect, bless and guard the paths they take. Thank you for hearing our prayer. In Jesus name. Amen!
