Welcome to Another Day With Jesus!
When we encounter and have a glimpse of His heart, we are walking more intimately with Him. He calls us to be higher. When he calls us to be higher, we must learn to let go of things that slow down our process.
In Judges:17:3, He returned the money to her, and she said, “I now dedicate these silver coins to the LORD. In honour of my son, I will have an image carved and an idol cast.” There was a lady who is the mother of Micah who had lost some money. Micah had returned the money to his mother saying he had stolen it. When she received the money, she dedicated it to God and make an idol to remember and honour God. She has good intentions but broke the first commandment.
In order to honour God, she made a small compromise and broke the commandment. Micah had begun to worship and follow this idol and hired a Levite priest to worship the idol too. Eventually, the tribe of Dan had started to follow this idol. This all started with a lady who had a misguided perspective to honour God.
When we make a choice devoid of the direction of God, we bring danger for generations. Share on XLet us think before we make our choice that how our small compromise could effect several generations and your lifestyle. Let us let go of the extra luggage and walk out of it.
God has a greater plan for you and greater destiny! Let us let go and walk towards Him.
