Greeting in Jesus Name!

Many times, the things we feel uncomfortable for ourselves are not truly uncomfortable in an eternal perspective. The present discomfort we do go through are for eternal comfort, if we would just trust our Heavenly Father, He knows every detail of our lives.

In 1 Chronicles 3:4-5, it says,“ These six sons were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven and a half years. Then David reigned another thirty-three years in Jerusalem. The sons born to David in Jerusalem included Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon. Their mother was Bathsheba, the daughter of Ammiel.” All these names are the sons of David, some are born in Hebron and some in Jerusalem. But only one son, Solomon rose to power and sat on the throne. Everybody else neglected and ignored. Yet scripture acknowledges all names.

Sometimes we may feel like it’s unfair that somebody else has more resources than me, more attention than me. We may feel that I don’t have the same resources, money, blessing, anointing, favour like so, and so the person does. Just because God blessed someone else more, used someone else more and provided more than He did for you and me. That doesn’t mean that God loves them more and loves us less.

The more that we spend our time comparing with others, we will continue to think that God doesn’t care about us. Share on X

Every one of us was worthy in His eyes to die on the cross for us, He didn’t die only for wealthy, good ones, who do ministry. He died for the worst of the sinners, every single one of us on the planet deserves the love of God, just because Jesus died for us on the cross. When we understand the depth and gravity of the scarify Jesus did on the cross for us and we realize that all of us included in it and we will never again look down on us and say that nothing great accomplished through my business or in my ministry. Always have the willingness to go back and remember the fact that Jesus is the one who will give my worth.

Don’t ever define your worth based on your external accomplishments, or family talk about and how much church celebrate you or how much value you have in your city. All this will eventually come as a result of you walking with God and the grace of God. But never equate your worth to the way the world values you. Your worth is that the fact Jesus died for you on the cross and every single one of us irrespective of how much you work or serve Him.

Even when the King gave talents to the servants. He gave five talents to one, two talents to one and a single talent to another one. He entrusted certain levels of gifting, abilities, influences, people, and resources. each one of them according to his knowledge and his divine plan for their lives. When we begin to crib because of someone else blessing, equating our worth with our abilities, respect from people, our income. We have got it all wrong completely.

In this season, may the God of the geology of the old testament reveal to you how much value each one of us are. May he reveal to you that you are celebrated, you are cared for, you are loved. May He reveal to you the height, length, breadth, and depth of the love of God made manifest into us in Christ Jesus. If we have this revelation of Love, we will never be the same again and never be willing to tolerate unhealthy relationships, poverty, and unhealthy lifestyle.

We will want to live up highest standards that God has given us sons and daughters. On this day, may you be encouraged to see yourself in the way God sees you. As someone valuable, precious, and created in His image and His likeness.
