Greater Attention
Hebrews 2:1 AFV
“For this reason, it is imperative that we give much greater attention to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should slip away.”
Listen
In this episode of Another Day with Jesus, Apostle Priji reminds you that spiritual growth is not automatic—it requires intentional attention to the truths God has already spoken. Drawing from Hebrews 2:1, you are encouraged not only to hear God’s Word but to revisit, meditate on, and engage with it repeatedly so that you do not drift away from His plans and purposes.
Many believers receive powerful revelations, take notes, and attend church faithfully, yet still find themselves growing distant from God because they stop pursuing the Word after the initial encounter. True spiritual stability comes from continually returning to what God has already revealed, allowing those truths to shape your heart afresh. As you move through today, may you resist familiarity with God’s Word and instead cultivate a deeper hunger to study, meditate on, and obey it, protecting your faith for every season ahead.
