The description of the wicked that we have is somewhat like the guy that is planting bombs, cheating the government, stealing from the poor people, etc. but the Bible’s definition is completely different. When we look at people on the outside, we think they are pretty well off, and we do the same thing about ourselves also. We look at the way that we have been committed to church, God’s ministry, giving to God and all of that and we think that we are much much better than so many other people in the world out there.
The bible says the wicked, in the haughtiness of his face will not seek nor inquire for God. Many of us have a lifestyle where we do not seek or inquire from Yahweh. The bible is very clear and it says not everybody who calls me Lord but those who do the will of my Father in Heaven will truly inherit salvation and enter the kingdom of God. Most of us will never say that there is no God because we have an understanding that God is there who is a supreme ruler, creator and somebody that we will have to face when we die but the way we live our lives, respond to our problems and walk in our day today life, it has no resemblance to that belief system. We live without the feeling that one day we will have to give an answer for every rupee that we spent, every place we go, and every word we speak.
According to bible, the wicked’s thoughts are that there is nobody that he has to answer to and because he thinks and believes that, his actions are in a particular direction. He lives free and he lives with that tag line “YOLO” – You Only Live Once, so you can do whatever and live however you want to live.
My prayer is that we will be different, and we will not fall into the definition of wicked people. The best way to get out of this lifestyle where we do not want to seek or enquire from God is to be so filled with the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit will begin to bring God’s heart, God’s desire, and God’s will over our lives.
Romans 8:14 says all those that are lead by the Spirit of God are sons of God. If we would make our decisions and take our steps as we inquire and hear from God’s heart, our lives will be completely different. We will no longer be the wicked people that the Psalmist refers to instead we will be sons of God that are lead by the Spirit of God.

Feel For Him
Acts 17:27 (GNT)
He did this so that they would look for him, and perhaps find him as they felt around for him. Yet God is actually not far from any one of us.
Lock the Door
Matthew 23:13 (GNT)
““How terrible for you, teachers of the Law and Pharisees! You hypocrites! You lock the door to the Kingdom of heaven in people’s faces, but you yourselves don’t go in, nor do you allow in those who are trying to enter!”
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
