Even More Blessed
Listen
Transcript:
Today, we need to come back to the presence of God and try to understand what is it God truly wants from us. The more we go through life, it is easy to get swayed by people opinions, what culture says or what family and friends think but when we come to God, He has given us some principles and precepts and that is where we truly find our direction, answers and solutions and ultimately where we find LIFE.
This morning, if we want to receive Gods blessings, receive the fullness He has planned and walk in greatness in the course of this week then we need to go back to hear the word of God.
How often do we take time to hear what God is speaking to us? We live in a time where every sermon that is preached Sunday Morning is available for us online to go back to during the week but how often have we go to revisit, study, and ponder what God is saying in our lives. Today’s verse shows us that When we study and hear the word of God it has to be coupled with a desire to put it into practice. It is not enough that we are hearers of Gods word but we have to also be doers.
Today if we can constantly look for instructions and solutions that we can apply from what we have learnt from Sunday or what has been coming to us during our personal time of meditation and seeking the face of God. Are we also going back with a Practical thing we can do and Apply? When we are intentional to read and study and practice the Word then our lives get transformed. When we are intentional to live lives that are drawn from the word of God, it automatically brings in encounters with Gods presence, power and His enabling strength. God is waiting for us to begin to hear His word and practice it so that He can pour out his spirit upon those who are intentional to do so. In the story of the beginning, The Spirit of God was always available but nothing changed but then after God released his word saying let there be light, along with the power of The Holy Spirit, the light was created. Today, let us believe that the Holy Spirit is brooding upon our dreams and actions. When we hear, Obey and begin to practice the Word, something blessed and new will be born. Praying that we will not miss out on this opportunity to act on what we hear.

Feel For Him
Acts 17:27 (GNT)
He did this so that they would look for him, and perhaps find him as they felt around for him. Yet God is actually not far from any one of us.
Lock the Door
Matthew 23:13 (GNT)
““How terrible for you, teachers of the Law and Pharisees! You hypocrites! You lock the door to the Kingdom of heaven in people’s faces, but you yourselves don’t go in, nor do you allow in those who are trying to enter!”
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
