An Experience with God
Listen
Transcript:
Let us desire for God to come to our rescue in a new way in this season of suffering. Let us believe that we will see a revelation of God which is never seen before. Every time sin abounds, grace also bounds.
In the book of John, we see a story of a blind man. As a result of his testimony, he was rejected by his community. He was encountered by Jesus and asked whether he believed in the Son of man. And he wanted to believe, and Jesus said you have seen Him and he’s the way talking to you.
In our season of pain and suffering, let God reveal us differently. We are walking the truth and yet there is a lack of encounters. The Lord is coming towards you to reveal Himself.
The solution to the problem is to have an encounter with God. The Lord is going to walk in our dead situation.
When there is a revelation of God, there is alignment in your situations. Share on XIn the book of revelation, Jesus said that He stands at the door and knocks. He desired to have a communion with them. The Lord is offering the same thing to us. Let us run back to Jesus.
Let us choose to see God over the situation.

Feel For Him
Acts 17:27 (GNT)
He did this so that they would look for him, and perhaps find him as they felt around for him. Yet God is actually not far from any one of us.
Lock the Door
Matthew 23:13 (GNT)
““How terrible for you, teachers of the Law and Pharisees! You hypocrites! You lock the door to the Kingdom of heaven in people’s faces, but you yourselves don’t go in, nor do you allow in those who are trying to enter!”
Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.
The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.
God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.
The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
