Transcript: Series: Praise in Ephesians This is a new season that God has filled you with, make the best use of this season that God is leading you into. Begin your week and this new season with a tone of praise. What is praise? It is when you talk good about somebody and it is only the Triune God who alone is worthy of all praise. Today’s scripture portion is from Ephesians 1:3 – “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.” All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed….. Apostle Paul begins the letter to Ephesians by saying that he wants to praise God the Father because He has blessed us. If you have any type of blessings from God, you have a reason to be thankful and begin to praise Him. Praising Him would mean talking about Him to yourself, to the people around you and into the atmosphere. …..who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing The verse goes on to say that God has blessed us with “every” spiritual blessing. Not just few but every! You may or may not experience or see it but the truth is that you have everything that the bible says that is available for you. There is no need sit and beg God for new blessings. For example, if you need love in your heart…. love is not just emotional but spiritual commodity because the bible says God is love. You don’t have to sit and ask God for love, you just need to praise Him because He has filled you with His love. ….every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms.. This means that everything that is in heaven is inside of you – joy, supernatural peace, strength etc, you already have access to it right now here on earth and you can access it by just praising Him. ….because we are united with Christ. And we have this access because we are united with Jesus! If you and I have a relationship with Jesus, then we are legally allowed to experience every one of the spiritual blessings that is available in the heavenly realms.

Psalm 147:2–3 reveals God's heart as a Restorer rather than a Punisher. Although Israel went into exile because of its own rebellion, God did not abandon His people. Instead, He promised to restore Jerusalem, bring the exiles home, heal the brokenhearted, and bind up their wounds.

The message reminds us that while God may use friends, pastors, counselors, or loved ones to help us, true healing and restoration ultimately come from the Lord. His restoration reaches every part of our lives—our hearts, relationships, health, finances, emotions, and spiritual walk.

God knows every wound, including those hidden from others. Unlike people, who can only comfort from the outside, He sees the deepest parts of our hearts and heals completely. His healing is so complete that even the scars of past pain lose their power to define us.

The devotion encourages believers to fix their eyes on God instead of relying solely on human help. No matter how far someone has drifted, how many mistakes they have made, or how broken they feel, God is still calling them back. His desire is to restore, heal, and make all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
